If you can help provide a meal for them, please sign up at:
Meal Train for Dale and Lee.

You can also support and encourage Dale by sending a card, emailing him, or giving him a call. His address and number are listed in the Meal Train link as well.

There is also a CaringBridge Page if you would like to keep up there:

Thanks so much for your Care!

July 18
It was a Conversation with Nico Lang, author of “American Teenager: How Trans Kids are Surviving Hate and Finding Joy in a Turbulent Era”. They delighted the room, providing joy, truth, and hope! Thanks Nico! 🙂

Speaking of – How Trans Kids Are Surviving…
Kids in Area Schools Need Your Help!
On July 25, 2025, the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights demanded that FCPS and four neighboring districts rescind policies that allow transgender students to use facilities and participate in activities based on their gender identity, sparking urgent concern within our communities. The Office of Civil Rights has threatened that districts must comply within 10 days, or “risk imminent enforcement action, including referral to the U.S. Department of Justice.”
We believe that FCPS will uphold its commitment and continue to stand with every student—because every student’s rights and dignity matter.
Let them know you stand with them!

Remember, personal stories make an impact, so if you have the bandwidth to email your School Board representative please do so. But if you need an ‘easy button’, here it is:
